If you wake up feeling a little funky then we can't expect that to turn to joy and fun experiences throughout our day can we?! So what do we do? We tune ourselves to gratitude, excitement and expecting good things to come each day and when not so good stuff comes (and sometimes it will) we handle it better because we have set ourselves up in a positive state!
